New Fall Schedule is here!
Our new Fall Schedule starts today! We hope you love the additions. Make sure if you love a class and time, that you attend regularly. We base our schedule on attendance, instructor availability, along with making sure we offer a variety of classes.

Body Pump
Join us for one hour of a challenging barbell class. But don't worry, it is sooooo fun! The class is set to awesome music, and the instructors will guide you through the entire workout. Get pumped!
